Participating businesses will have a barrel or designated box available for the collection of cash, gift cards/certificates and NON-PERISHABLE foods. All items collected will be donated to the East Rochester Resource Center.

The CleanSweep event covers 20 service areas throughout the Town/Village of East Rochester, including all 4 parks.  We are hoping for teams of 5 to 8 people per service area.

The East Rochester 18th Annual CleanSweep will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Volunteers are invited to participate as we come together to spruce up our community in preparation for the Annual Memorial Day Parade which takes place Saturday, May 24th beginning at 10:30 am.

Onsite Registration and Check-in: 7:30 am-8:30 am the day of the event

Event schedule: 8:30 am-11:30 am

Everyone participating will be provided a reflective vest and other supplies at the beginning of the event.
