The CleanSweep event covers 20 service areas throughout the Town/Village of East Rochester, including all 4 parks.  We are hoping for teams of 5 to 8 people per service area.

The East Rochester 19th Annual CleanSweep will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Volunteers are invited to participate as we come together to spruce up our community in preparation for the Annual Memorial Day Parade, which takes place Saturday, May 23rd, beginning at 10:30 am.

Onsite Registration and Check-in: 7:30 am-8:30 am the day of the event

Event schedule: 8:30 am-11:30 am

All Chamber Members are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual Chamber of Commerce Board Meeting. It will be held on Monday, June 19th, at noon. Lunch will be provided for those who have registered in advance. The election of officers and other official Chamber business will be conducted at this meeting to be held at the Quinzi Lodge.

Join us for the 6th Annual Stephen V. D’Orazio Memorial Wine, Beer, & Food Walk — a fun-filled evening for the community to benefit the Brenton Jacob Memorial Fund! Start at the Eyer Building (317 Main Street) Registration opens at 4:00 PM Wine & Food Walk from 4:30–7:00 PM.  FREE concert from 6:00–8:00 PM in the municipal parking lot – open to the public! What Is Trunk-or-Treat?

Consider this a cool twist on old-fashioned trick-or-treating.

A group of cars with elaborately decorated trunks gathers in a parking lot,

and kids go from car to car for treats, games, and other Halloween fun!

This is a great and safe way for kids to trick-or-treat!

We need your business to volunteer, decorate your car trunk and hand out candy to the kids.

Get creative and have fun with it!
