The Chamber offers all available plans - including plans offered On Exchange though the New York State of Health. 

Call us for open enrollment renewals or if you have a qualifying event such as loss of coverage, divorce, relocation or are retiring or become unemployed. We can provide year-round enrollment. 

The East Rochester Chamber of Commerce has health and dental insurance plans available to any individual or business in New York state. You don't need to belong to the Chamber to get help with plan selection and enrollment. There is no cost to you for enrollment into a health insurance plan. 

The Chamber offers plans from every insurance carrier serving the Rochester region, including Excellus, Fidelis, and MVP Healthcare. Plans are offered ON and OFF the NY State of Health Exchange - the NYS Exchange is the only place to obtain employer Federal tax credits, premium subsidies for individuals and Child Health Plus or Medicaid. 

We have plans for individuals, sole proprietors, as well as small and large businesses. The Chamber will provide insight into available plans whether you should apply for coverage On or Off Exchange 

All insurance plans are priced the same regardless of where you purchase the plan - so the Chamber offers EVERY plan from EVERY carrier at the lowest available price – at no charge to you! The Chamber advantage is that we are local, in-person and provide great customer service! 

Small group plans are available to employers with at least one employee (that gets a W-2), that is not an owner or the spouse of an owner, enrolled in a health plan. Sole proprietors, individuals and families must enroll in individual plans.  

 In addition to health insurance, we can also help local seniors with Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Plans. Whether you are aging into Medicare for the first time, or considering your options during AEP(Annual Enrollment Period), we can help you navigate and make this important decision.
